Mahara Born in New Zealand to a Māori father of the Ngāti Toa iwi—descended from Te Rauparaha, the composer of the iconic Haka Ka Mate—and a Swiss mother, Mahara spent her early years immersed in the spiritual traditions of her Māori heritage. A mystical child, she dreamt of her great-grandfather’s passing at the age of five—an intuitive vision that marked the beginning of her deep connection to the unseen. At age ten, following her parents’ separation, Mahara moved with her mother & brother to Switzerland, leaving behind her roots and facing financial hardship as her mother juggled multiple jobs to support them. Mahara adjusted to a new culture and language. Years later, Mahara rose to national fame as Miss Switzerland and built a successful international career as a model and DJ, living a fast-paced, glamorous lifestyle between Zürich, LA, and Berlin. But despite the fame, something was missing. A sudden knee injury became a turning point. She set off on a year-long backpacking journey around the globe—seeking meaning beyond the material. It was during this pilgrimage that Mahara found her true calling. For the past ten years, she has been guiding others on the path of spiritual awakening and personal growth. Through Tantric and Shamanic arts, she creates sacred spaces for healing, self-discovery, and embodied transformation—supporting seekers to reconnect with their essence, truth, and inner power.
